1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver within Ireland only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped using DPD Ireland, a reliable and tracked courier service.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of €5 per order.
This fee is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Dispatch Times
Orders placed:
- Before 1:00 PM (working days) → dispatched the same working day
- After 1:00 PM → dispatched the next working day
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Ireland.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is:
- 1 working day, up to 2 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- courier workload
- weather conditions
- peak periods
During bank holidays, delivery may be delayed by one additional working day.
6. Tracking & Insurance
All orders include:
- tracking information
- shipping insurance
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
7. Delivery Conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If delivery fails, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot
8. Risk & Ownership
In accordance with EU consumer law:
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only once the goods are delivered
- Until delivery is completed, responsibility remains with VGPG Limited
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- courier disruptions
- extreme weather
- strikes
- public emergencies
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
