1. Consumer Right to Cancel (EU Distance Selling Regulations)

In accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).

2. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order within the legal cancellation period:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we are informed of your cancellation

However, we may withhold the refund until:

3. Return Conditions

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary.

4. Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once opened
  • Goods that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
